The New River Valley IWW stands in solidarity with UAW Local 2069 workers at the Volvo plant in Pulaski County and welcomes their decision to strike as of 6:00AM April 17, 2021. We stand in solidarity with our fellow workers as they strive to reach an agreement on basic accommodations such as wage increases, job security, wage progression, skilled trades, shift premium, holiday schedules, work schedules, health and safety, seniority, pension, 401(k), healthcare and prescription drug coverage, and overtime. Join our fellow workers on the picket line at 5110 Cougar Trail Road everyday until the bosses agree to their terms!
